Delivery
• The spa is delivered to site at a mutually agreed time and date.
• The delivery is managed by our own qualified staff
• Electrician / crane operator is supplied as required
• The spa is prepared for installation – removal of packaging etc.
Installation
• The spa is positioned in previously agreed location on site
• Electrical connections are made
• Spa is filled with water
• Spa is fitted with cover / cover lifter
• Steps are supplied
• Spa is switched on
• Operational tests are carried out
• Water is chemicalised
• Run through operation and water treatments with customer
• Operational instruction manuals and starter chemical kit supplied
• Spa is registered for warranty
