Meet the Team
Andy – Managing Director
Neptune Spas Ltd was started in 2005 by Andy all from the humble beginnings in a single log cabin in a carpark, to a luxury indoor showroom today. His vast knowledge and background in sales has made the successful company that it is today. Andy is a very hands-on business owner who really enjoys meeting new people and helping them achieve their lifestyle ambitions. From the first customer meeting to the final installation, Andy takes part.
Hayley – Office Manager
Andy’s daughter Hayley joined the company in 2016 initially as customer support on a part time basis. After a few years Hayley was promoted to Office Manager she provides all the necessary back-office customer support required to make Neptune Spas a success.
Ted – Customer Relations and Security
Our 4-legged friend Ted joined the company in 2024 as customer relations. He is always very happy to meet and greet all our customers!
